he's too old to load a wheelchair into the back of a pickup

Unfortunately, we cannot honor buyer remorse after days
We suggest customer to load his wheelchair in the correct way:
Make sure chair is centered on the ramp, slow BACK UP (not drive forward)
the chair on the ramp into the truck

whom ever sent this letter has liedI recived a replacement ramp that had failed on may 8th and tried to refund them on may 22nd but this *** person refuse,which is a fast talker and it looks like whom were are dealing with is a fast talker and good letter writer, conned me into trying them out for a whilenow he has hope that I will just keep them and forget itthe new ramp that was sent to me has also shown stress cracks at both ends that I have not even stated as of so farthese feet ramps that I have are crapI want all my money back and for the company to pay for shipping backthis is the only solutionhas not been days been barely 5weeks since I recieved usable ramps, stress cracks should not be present in the products either

Told them that is was sagging as I loaded it into my truck, more than 'they' said it should. The replacement ramp showed stress cracks on the ends and was seperating, before I could explain all the details they said to bad and hung up on me. I received this ramp on 5/8/2014. all of this is still covered by a 90 day warranty, it all falls within the time limits of the warranty just honor what they sell. All I have is a pile of scrape and out 296.00. what is the problem?????

Revdex.com spoke with the company and they stated that they sent the consumer a replacement ramp and they cannot give a refund after 60 days. The company stated that the consumer has also filed 2 credit card disputes and they both were declined.

Review: I ordered a ramp from [redacted]. Paid by credit card. No confirmation email received.I had telephones brfore I placed the order to see when the delivery date would be, and wastold that it would be today the 18th of June. Iplaced the order on the 14th of June at 143pmI have attempted to call no answer, I have attempted to fax would not go thru and have sent an email without response.Desired Settlement: I would like some resolution of the order. Is the complany legit, will the ramp be deliveredor can I get my money back. $269.00

Review: I purchased the ramps. one collasped,we talked I stated then I thought they were to weak but he stated he would sent a replacement and if it did not work they could be sent back. we were gone on a vacation for several weeks we got the new ramp and when I loaded it into the truck bed the sag and stabilty of the ramps are not what expected they are real flexable I called and ask that they are nothing like shown in pics and the warranty of [redacted]# is very douthful ask for refund and he hungup on meDesired Settlement: pay for his shipping back to him as was pre stated back on e-bay I still have the e-mail full refund of my money no further contact nessary he's rude
