[redacted] contacted Revdex.com to respond to this complaintHe stated that the customer purchased the vehicle “as-is” but when the heat stopped working after the purchase the business as a good faith effort fixed the issue at a cost of $ After that the customer contacted the dealer again and said that it was still not working but did not want them to fix the issues and wanted to take it to a specific dealerThe business said that if they let them know what the dealer stated the problem was they would be able to fix it with their mechanics but that it would not be covered if the dealer did the workThe customer approved the work scope wit the dealer and they had completed the workThe shop is not able to cover this cost for the customerThe customer has been provided her titleIn the time between the purchase and when it was mailed out the customer changed her addressed and did not inform the shop of this and they mailed it to the only address in their fileThe [redacted] contacted them about the title but they were able to show proof of the mailed receipt for the title and provide a copyThe title has since been sent to the customer now that she has updated her mailing addressThe customer did not over pay a processing feeThe shop does charge one but that is disclosed on their shop and the [redacted] charges taxes to the state but those are different things

I vetted several dealerships and chose this one because I really liked the connection with the seller and the car was exactly what I was looking forI told him that I'd waited years to buy a [redacted] after putting my daughter through private school and collegeIt's been a joy having something you've wanted for a long timeBut, [redacted] took my kindness and stepped on itHe is heartless and bi-polarOne minutes he's nice the next he's giving you the middle fingerThe point is, my temp tags expired Aug2, They are no where to be found; have been out of the office for over two weeks, the telephones are disconnected and I can't drive the car because the tags are expiredThe [redacted] is helping, I've filed a court actionBUYER BEWARE! These folks have serious very concerning issues and dishonorable business practices
