NOVA Settlement Administration

Review: NOVA Settlement Administrators notified that due to a class action lawsuit, I had a claim in distribution due to being over charged for merchant services in previous years.I received my check in the mail $17-and change. The check, however, was made out to [redacted], my company, which is not functioning any longer. And, I have moved. Fortunately, the address forward is in place so I received the check (old address: [redacted]).Since the bank account for "the company" is no longer in place, I cannot deposit or cash a check made out to the company name. I am a sole proprietor, therefore, I am one in the same with the company, and I still own [redacted], however, there just is no bank account with that name.Due to no email address or phone number, I have MAILED Nova three times already asking them to re-make the check and/or contact me. The check was only good for 90 days.90 days has now passed and they have still not contacted me. It is not that $17+ is going to make or break me, but I am entitled to the money as part of the settlement, and their failure to act is like robbery, keeping my settlement money.The check is cut from Huntington National Bank, ck 117636, from account [redacted] and rounting number [redacted].They advise that any inquiries or change of address should be in writing to NOVA Settlement Administrator, PO Box 260, Philadelphia, PA 19105-0260. I have done that three times, and they have failed to respond.Please help.Desired Settlement: I want the $17.23 sent to me, in a check made out to [redacted], and mailed to the new address [redacted]
