NoVa Tint

Review: Avoid these guys at all costs!! Stole my $220. Brought them my brand new car to tint over a month and a half ago and I'm still dealing with these guys. Took them longer than the 1-2 hours they said it would take to tint. Got no call saying my car was ready or anything. Came back after about 4 hours, it was done. Looked it over and noticed a lot of dirt specks and bubbles in every single window. Pointed it out and they said "it'll cure out in a few days." I'm not an it, I've had half a dozen cars professionally tinted before and knew this wouldn't come out but decode to take their word and give it a few days. A week later it still looks awful so I bring it back to them to get it redone and they say no problem we'll get it right in. NOT. Left the car with them all afternoon, yet again no call from them, came back after about 5 hours and it had not been touched and no one was even there! They still had my key so I had to go all the way back home get my spare key and come back to get the car. Came back the next morning to get the spare key and the guys made up some bs excuse and told me to come back in a few days when they could get to it. Few days later I bring it back and same thing happens expect this time they were there when I came back to get it but the car hadn't been touched. I needed it that night though so I had to take it. I bring it back yet again and this time get redo 3 of the 5 total windows. The hatch windows weren't touched and the ones that were redone still looked horrible. I get home and realize the driver side door panel isn't put back on properly and the seal/gasket around on of the back windows is cut with a razor blade in multiple sports and peeling of! I now have a crap tint job and a damaged brand new car. Furious I called them back demanding my money back, tint pulled and the damaged fixed. Had to bring the back 3 more times before they actually pulled the tint and I stood there watching every bit of it to make sure they weren't damaging the car even more. Noah said he'd get a new seal for the window but that has yet to happen. They pulled the tint finally and said they didn't have cash to refund me right now and to come back tomorrow. Well its been a week and half now and every time I got by to get my refund they have another bs excuse as to why they don't have it. They are lying through their teeth, they ignore my calls, and are now hiding from me when I pull up to their garage. Also, walked in on them smoking some drug in the garage while they had a customer's car in there half tinted and him waiting outside!!! Oh and one of the times I went back to have the tint taken off, I pulled up to multiple cops outside the business and a customer who had his car stolen right from their parking lot the day before because these it left his keys in it!!!Desired Settlement: My $220 back and the damaged to my brand new car properly fixed
