They have sent me an adjusted bill, which I've paid, so I now consider this resolved.  I'll add that they were very understanding and cooperative with this situation and worked fairly with me to reach this resolution.  I'd like that to appear on their Revdex.com record if possible.  Let me know if I need to do anything for that to happen.
