Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I want my car fixed, but the claims made in the response are false I will be there on Thursday for the repairs that happened on their lot, but let the record show that the claims they are making about my mirror not being a part of the accident and other bullet points are false Again, everything with this company is a constant battle I have not contacted the insurance company one to "fight" them, everything has been with this companyYou cannot tell just from looking at damage what it is from, and I also have pictures at the accident site to prove what damage was from the accident Again, I will accept the repair and rental but the claims from this company against me are false Sincerely, [redacted]

Response to complaints in order of which appeared in the paragraph: 1. Her insurance company pushed her to use our shop for repairs. In Missouri, a vehicle owner can pick a facility of his/her choosing, an insurance company cannot make that call. If the insurance company made
her come here, that is against the law by the insurance company and we had nothing to do with this.2. The alignment issue was not an issue with us. We only do what we are paid to do. The insurance company determined an alignment was not warranted as there was no damage to any part of the wheel, suspension, or tires from the accidentThe VW was hit in the doors. She fought with the insurance company to have an alignment done and it was completed.3. Her mirror was not "smashed". It had a very small imperfection. This was not brought to our attention from the insurance company or the customer to have repaired. This damage didn't appear to be from the accident, but we repaired it for her when brought up.4. Her paint did not match. We corrected the issue and fixed this mistake.5. The rear bumper damage she is complaining about did not happen on our property. It appears to be a side swipe from a pole. We do not have any poles on premises. We have security cameras inside and out and her car was not damaged on our propertyIf she would like us to fix the damage to her bumper on a Thursday, we will. It must be here first thing in the morning to get completed by the end of the dayWe will provide a rental for one day (Thursday morning to Thursday evening)
