On Thursday, October 22nd, around 10:50am I, Christian ***, received a phone call in my office from Mr. [redacted] . The conversation was very one-sided with Mr. [redacted] explaining how he had obstructed seats to John Fogerty - who performed at the Murat Theatre on July 5th, 2015. He... explained how the tickets were not labeled as obstructed and that he wanted a refund. As with most issues, I try to investigate and ask questions - specially "what was your seat location?" as this will allow me to research and assist. Mr. [redacted] would not let me ask that question, or any other questions. His comment was "I did not call you to have you ask me questions." I tried to explain that without knowing certain details, again specifically to the seat location, I could not assist with helping him. Mr. [redacted] seemed to take my questions as a sign of not wanting to help and shortly thereafter hung up the phone. He called back later and left a voicemail and mentioned he would be going to the Attorney General and the RevDex.com with his complaints. He did not leave his phone number on the message, so I had no way to contact him back. One of the items I never had a chance to inform Mr. [redacted] was that in the case of obstructed seats, our Ushers are empowered to move our guests in what we call "trouble seats". Again, I did not know his seat location or have the chance to explain how we could of possibly helped. Similar to the stance with the AG, we will not be refunding his tickets for the show in July. But also, as we told the AG, I would gladly invite him back to another show - as we do to other guests who have poor experiences.
