Novant told me they would accept $120 for a procedure. I paid $120 at the time of service. They then billed me another $30. When I tried to get the extra charges dropped, they ignored me for a month. After much persistence, they finally contacted me but would not drop the additional charge. I have little recourse unless I want it to hurt my credit rating.
