Novartis Consumer Health Inc. (OTC)

Review: I purchased Transderm Scop patches and had difficulty with them not staying adhered to my skin. I contacted Novartis customer service in January 2014 regarding the product not adhering. They

required me to send them three patches to be tested. I complied by mailing them the patches. I waited for a responsed and when I did not hear from them I called in March to see what the results

were.

I was told by customer service that they had not done any tested and could not give me any more information. I then requested either my patches be replace or a refund for the same. I was told

that they would not reimburse me with the cost of the patches or the patches themselves.

I feel that this is not an acceptable solution.

I would appreciate any help and consideration in resolving this matter. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a refund for the patches that I had sent to them for testing. Each patch has cost me $15.00. This is a considerable amount. I would like to make it known that due to the poor

adhesive these patches fall off and cause me to become considerable ill. I feel that this is something that needs to be addressed.
