Review: On or about March 1st, 2015 I purchased [redacted] Product for two of my dogs at [redacted] Hospital. The manufacturer, Novartis, provided a rebate for my purchase of $50.
I entered my rebate information using Novartis's website and received a confirmation that all items had been received to process the return on March 9th, 2015.
My SUBMISSION TRACKING # IS [redacted].
As of 12/15/15 I have not received the package.
On or about 10/10/15 I moved and provided a forwarding request with USPS to:
On 12/15/15 I contacted the phone number on the rebate confirmation.
I spoke with a woman named [redacted] in Winston Salem, NC who advised she worked for a company called Inmar. She advised me that she could not assist me, but would transfer me to [redacted] Services. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She did not comply. She advised me that she would transfer my call and stay on the phone and assist the agent at [redacted] to reissue my rebate of $50. When I was connected to [redacted] she disconnected the call. The agent at [redacted] did not speak English well and I was not comfortable with their ability to assist me.
[redacted] called me back and advised me that her company could no longer assist me.Desired Settlement: Send me my $50 rebate.
