I am rejecting this response because:the form that they claim was not submitted was the same form that was submitted online and has no actual relevant information in terms of providing any proof of purchaseThe idea of a mail in rebate is to provide proof of purchase which we did and satisfied those requirementsThe business is withholding a reimbursement that is rightfully ours as we did actually purchase the productThis is simply using a technicality to not provide what they oweIt is a deceiving practiceThe company should take a look at the information providedAny sensible person would realize we provided proof of purchase which is really what is important in the process not the irrelevant documents "needed" which are only there to confuse peopleIt is a real shame that a company won't do the right thing

The consumer did finish the online portion of the rebate process. It has multiple reasons it was denied was due to the fact that they did not submit the rebate form in with their documents. rebate to be processed. There is a list that is required. They had until April of this year to submit additional documents. It states if you do not hear anything from us within 6-8 weeks, please reach out for status reasons. They did not reach out until they were no longer eligible.
