11/14/2016.On 12/28/2016, the insurance posted payment and contractual adjustments. On 12/29/2016, [redacted] received a second notification that the insurance company had revised the amount of the payment. The amount was adjusted twice by mistake, to the patient's account.In the progression of bills, this made its way to Americollect.As of 6/7/2017, this has all been cancelled.
