Lost orders, back orders, and orders taking over several months Items ordered selling out before they even process your order and then discontinued If you placed a complaint you were chastised for complaining To top it off, promised payments and prizes for consultants never materialized Checks were held back for months as they often ran low on money They wouldn't even tell you they were doing this till you asked where your check was, then they chastised us for asking! VERY rude to work for If you in any way said something against how they did something, they just "fired you" and you no longer were a consultant and they could keep your checks I actually quit after I had so many of my customers mad at me for missing orders Items intended for a holiday would arrive weeks after the holiday were over Prices changed regularly Often marked up $1-$per item
Food products were poor tasting and often needed doctored up Packages were not consistent One would taste ok and the next would be horrible I have never has so many complain about the poor quality of taste
They did improve packaging but often items arrive with no labeling When asked what to do, they told me to just put a piece of tape on it or a sticker with the name of the item Pictures of items/packages online did not match what arrived and in some cases, they even changed packages after purchase! (i.estart up kit with packages arrived with only 5) They claimed that is what was promised, yet everyone all agreed it said When we provided screen shots, we were asked if we were complaining again!!
They can keep what money owed and keep their shoddy products I am just glad I got out while I still have customers!!
