I am rejecting this response because:
The deposit was on the amount of the dressI didn't know the customer was resposible for shipping and restocking feesWe originally ordered the dress the 2nd week in April, the original dress did not arrive until around the 10th or so of May, which left us pressed for timeI went with the 2nd dress because I felt that I would not be able to take her someplace for a new dressI am handicapped, waiting to get hip surgeryI am not able to go far away to shopBeing that it was only a few days until the prom, and we wpuld still need time for adjustments, I had my oldest daugter take her to the mall dress shopping, which, now I realize I should have done in the first placeSince her boyfriend already had purchased his tuxedo in a color to match the dress, that all had to be changed because she could not find one in the same colorThe reason why I don't accept the store credit, is because after this I will not shop thete for anything elseThe prom is over, my daughter had a nice time and that's what is most important to meI will keep this learning experience tucked away in my mind for future referenceIt's best to just buy a dress outright as is from the mallMuch less hassleThanks for the offer, but, no thanks, as I stated previously, I will not shop there again.

This is my response to a complaint ID#[redacted]. The customer can...

stop by the sore and get store credit for the $50 deposit that she give me. The reason why she did not have her deposit back is because she made me order another dress and make me pay 3dr day shipping. We were clear on that and she knew the dress was going to get here on Thursday  May 15 . That was very clear on May 12! . So I don’t appreciate her texting me next day and telling me that she bought another dress and the she wanted her deposit back.  At this point the dress was already shipped and I have to pay the money plus extra for the return and restocking fee.  I do my best to make sure my customers get the best products and services we did a mistake on the first dress and I was willing to fix the problem she was getting a dress plus a 20% on original price. I really sorry but I cannot give her $50 back she can stop by the store and get the store credit.
