The product was advertised to arrive between 10-daysI ordered the product on 11/29/then reached out to them and they said it should arrive by January 21stIt was never delivered to my address but someone in FloridaI reached out three times to request a refund since the product was never shipped to meI still have not yet heard from themThey responded quickly when asked about order status but silent when I inquired about a refund

I am rejecting this response because:Novelty Ninjas responded to my email 12/29/2016 with a different tracking number. Since the wrong one was given, I could not track the actual package. It's being sent back to the manufacture so I want a refund. See email below.
