Review: I am Type II diabetic and have to inject Victoza once a day. The last 2 boxes of the needles I have prescribed from Noro Nordisk have been awful. They jam and stop letting the drug get injected. Then if I push harder they just rupture. Or they just rupture right away. I'd say about half fail. For example, I just tried to inject my medicine. The first needle just stopped so I tried a second and most of the victoza ended up on my skin and not under it. Total garbage. I don't know if I should get a second dose becuae I don't know how much was administered.
I tried to write them on the address provided on the box but my letter was returned. The Revdex.com shows the same address.Desired Settlement: I believe they owe me for the crappy needles I paid for. The victoza that I paid for and was wasted. And the health benefit that I did not get because the drug wasn't useful running down me stomach instead of reducing my blood sugar.

Novo Nordisk received the above-referenced complaint on June 20, 2014. We are obviously concerned about any such incident and appreciate your efforts to inform us of this problem. Novo Nordisk does have procedures in place to replace or refund products with which customers have experienced problems, however, we are required to speak with them to gather the necessary information and to protect patient safety in accordance with FDA regulations.
To resolve this matter, a Novo Nordisk Product Safety Business Support Coordinator attempted to contact the customer the afternoon of Friday, June 20, 2014, but unfortunately, was unable to speak with him. The representative left a voice message, including the toll-free Novo Nordisk phone number, requesting a callback. A follow-up call was placed on Monday June 23, and again, the representative did not have an opportunity to speak with the customer, but did leave a voice message along with the toll-free phone number requesting a call back. On Tuesday, June 24, the customer called back and provided additional information about his problem. The customer agreed to have Novo Nordisk send a postage-paid return mailer to his residence in order to obtain any complaint samples and the product purchase receipt for the processing of a refund to resolve his complaint. Upon receiving his product purchase receipt, Novo Nordisk will process a refund for the amount indicated on the receipt.
