customer refused to sign for it.  We have now filed a lien on the property, and sent a certified copy to the customer.    We are a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor, and have done the job properly and professionally.  The customer refused to allow us to finish the trim (4 pieces of molding) and final punch list, while refusing to allow our licensed general contractor to finish installation of the range hood, again, because he told the customer there were change orders in the tile work that was being done.  We will not do any further work on this project until we are paid in full for the work we have done.
