The only factual and true statement that [redacted] makes in his “complaint” below is that we signed him up to our two-year program in June of 2012. In his complaint, he alleges that we interviewed him for 10 hours in order to select him “as a candidate” for our... services. This is absolutely ludicrous as is the balance of his claim. Also, no one here ever promised him a job regardless of how much time we spent with him or the extent of his experience! We have not ever interviewed any prospective client for more than an hour or so before signing them, including Mr. [redacted] . The 10 hours that he is referring to is just a small part of the process that we went through with [redacted] AFTER he signed up and paid for our program. All of that time and much, much more was spent with him in order to prepare his materials and the targeting for his comprehensive two-year Executive Marketing Program. Over the course of the 2+ years that we worked with him, we responded to any questions or any other requests that [redacted] made, extremely quickly in every single case. We also rewrote multiple documents over that period of time and retargeted the intended audience countless times! We provided our services precisely as outlined within our list of services, which [redacted] reviewed and acknowledged in writing. In fact we all went well above and beyond with respect to providing all of our services to him over the course of the last TWO-PLUS YEARS. The bottom line is that we worked extremely closely with this client on a continual basis over the two years that he was in our program. In fact, we intended to continue working with him beyond the formal end of his program. He obviously did not expect that from us, which is most likely why he is making this complaint at this extremely late point within the process. If [redacted] was that disappointed or concerned about our processes or our program, he had plenty of time, two years in fact, to complain to you or someone else but he did not! This is a simple and clear-cut case of attempted theft of services on the part of Mr. [redacted] . At no point did we ever guarantee him a job or make any promises that we could not keep. Here is just a small collection of [redacted] ’s more recent communications with us: That is wonderful. Thank you ***. I think with the new year good things will happen! [redacted] -- It was great talking with you this morning... thank you. Below please find my new Google email address. Thanks! [redacted] -- Awesome! It reads more easily than before and concentrates on attributes and delivery. I made one modification in the attached file correcting the name of Cap Gemini America to Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. It looks fantastic! Thanks! [redacted] The bottom line is that we could not possibly have done more for this client other than to somehow “magically sell him a job” which we obviously cannot do. His duplicitous actions here and overall miserable attitude within this situation is a far more likely indicator of why he was not able to convert the leads we worked so very hard to generate for him, into a new Career. Thank you for your kind attention and help in handling these unwarranted accusations from [redacted] All the best! [redacted] ***

I have been a customer of this organization since August of 2013. I have not had any success landing an response back from any companies let alone an interview or job.
They are very good at the beginning in putting together a profile which I feel was done very professionally.
After that, they have totally misrepresented themselves and their links into Executive Level recruiting. I have read the 3 complaints that are available and can attest to the exact same interaction with NOW since the profile was completed.
They do not appear to have the contacts and insider links they claim and generally are sending email to people who are not at a senior level and many times not even someone who has any authority to be part of a hiring process. The "campaigns" are nothing more than a spam email to any and every name they have come across from what I can tell.
They only respond by email and generally are fairly vague and somewhat direct to the point of being rude. After they have the $6,800 (which is the standard price not a big discount like they sell), they seem to be happy.
I had a feeling going into this agreement that the methods they use were not going to achieve any better results than I was having on my own. I was hoping for the best but it has turned out this company does not and can not deliver a senior level position.
The business model was fine 15 years ago but today's companies have such easy access to candidates that a company like this is not an advantage.
I am writing this to warn others that this service is not worth the money. If you want a great looking profile to post, then offer them around $1,500 and get the first part done but do not sign up for their recruiting techniques.

Review: NOW Corporation is an executive placement company. The NOW executive interviewed me for over 10 hours and selected me as a candidate in which they explicitly stated that I have the skills, background and experience for NOW to absolutely generate client interviews, job offers and employment. I commenced a contract in June 2012. NOW has NOT generated any job leads, inquiries, interviews or job offers in the past 2 years! Therefore, I am requesting a refund for services which were NOT rendered.Desired Settlement: Total paid to NOW was $7000. I am willing to accept 50% = $3500.

Review: I was contacted by [redacted] and his staff of NOW in February 2013 promoting a career service, which would introduce me to Private Equity funds and opportunities not found on the open job market. The company offered to generate a professional profile for me and market me as a high profile professional individually to their network of contacts. In the process I would be only provided with real job opportunities and requests for interviews and would gain access to job openings at COO/CEO level, which I could not get to on my own.Believing those personal statements from the CEO of Now, [redacted] I signed up with the company on 3/11/2013 and paid $6800. In a process of 6 weeks my resume, which already had been written by a professional service before, was re-written in a different format, but not containing any new or better information to present my profile. By end of April Now began their so called "marketing process". This process consisted out of a mass mailing of my newly created resume to an undisclosed database. The email was send out in a way that it appeared to be send from my private email account. I was not informed about that and had not given permission to do so. They way I found out about this was by receiving 100s of "Out of office replies" and angry emails from recipients asking me how I had obtained their email address. The email even continued a disclaimer making it look like a spam email. Further more I received insulting emails from other executives asking if my resume would be true, why I would send out emails like that.I complained about the whole procedure to [redacted], and as a result another email campaign was sent from a newly created account by Now, again under my name without my permission. Same result as above.During the entire process I did not receive a single job opportunity or request for an interview, nor was I marketed as promised. The entire procedure was more damaging to my reputation in the industry than of any help for career advance.Desired Settlement: I request a full refund of the amount of $6800 since Now has fundamentally advertised a service, which they did not provide. They violated my confidentiality and personal rights by using my email account and made false statements about their abilities and connections to the job market. They damaged my reputation in the industry by sending mass - spam mailings with my personal information enclosed without any approval from my side.

I am disputing this Complaint Amount - $6800

Our Services Agreement states exactly what we do in very clear language.

We do this so that there can be no misunderstanding.

I will show that all services were provided.

Please see our Services Agreement in Attachment 3. It states

" Due to the many economic and market situations which are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee any candidate an interview, response or job."

It also states that "All sales are final" This is stated very clearly.

[redacted] signed the agreement.

I will show through this documentation proof that all services were rendered.

I will show the hours with [redacted] spent by enclosing telephone records (attachment 1), the people that have worked with him, the resume that he came to us with (Attachment 4), The Executive Profile that we have produced for him(Attachment 5), the resume distributions done in his behalf. I will show telephone records to support my claim. I will show testimony from my employees.

We Provide a service to senior executives. The service consists of many hours of phone meetings and consultations with myself and my staff to produce marketing literature for my clients. There is also career guidance, strategy planning and distribution of marketing literature To companies, executive search firms, retained executive search firms and advertised positions.

We do not guarantee a job. Clients do not think that we guarantee a job.

Every client that comes into this program understands that we do not sell jobs.

We sell a process. The process is resume development through personal telephone conversations, resume distribution, salary negotiation techniques, interviewing

techniques and strategy.

Please see the enclosed invoice in Attachment 3 which states exactly what we do.

Also, we only work with Executives from $100,000 – Millions in income. These Executives are Senior Vice Presidents, CEO’s, CFO’s, etc. who are leaders in our society. They have the experience and knowledge not to misunderstand. We do not guarantee or provide a job, we never claim to guarantee or provide a job, we help a man obtain interviews and provide coaching. We do not guarantee a job.

There are no guarantee of interviews or responses but there are several steps that we perform if someone does not get interviews. One of these steps is to take a different marketing approach by rewriting an individual’s resume many times in different formats And marketing the client again. All our personal consultations with [redacted] and other clients are based on the fact that Executives are multi dimensional very talented people. But, nobody knows it. That is why we spend the first 30 days meeting with a client by telephone to find, document and show these skills. Please see our Executive Profile created for [redacted] by seeing Attachment 5.

Also, Due to the many economic and market situations which are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee any candidate an interview, response or job. Nevertheless, we rewrite clients marketing literature to take another approach. We do not sell jobs. We provide a branding, marketing and placement process that has proven to be very effective. We provide a personalized, customized service and invest a great deal of our time in each client.

Our marketing literature development time is 30 days. All potential clients are informed of this process before they become clients. The reason is that we are passionate about the quality of our work. Each client spends extensive time with both myself and my staff. Resume writing is easy and can be done in a matter of hours. Marketing Literature that makes an executive unique can only be developed after numerous meetings. Every client that enters our program is my personal client. I do not just document a man’s career, I look to sell him. To do this I must understand a man’s businesses that he has been involved in his entire career. As I review a man’s entire professional life, I also offer career alternatives. When a client finishes working with me, they then work with my staff. After 30 days we complete the client’s executive profile and my marketing people line up companies for distribution. We spend time but deliver quality.

We are experts in what we do. We review, modify and rewrite client resumes. I am a perfectionist and have a passion for my work. The same is true of the people who work for me. We produce “work of art” type marketing literature as shown in attachments 4.

[redacted] states that he was dissatisfied with our program. I and my staff work with all our clients as if they were my own family. We really care. We have worked on a extremely personnel basis and extensively with [redacted] I will show proof of all the personal consultations with [redacted] by both myself and my staff. I will show the Executive profile Developed for [redacted] We distributed his profile to companies, executive search firms, venture capital firms, Retained executive search firms, both domestic and even overseas companies.

[redacted] has worked with my people, has been in contact with my people and contacted many times by my people. We do not neglect any client. I have a passion for what I do and respect for all my clients. Although our service is fully provided

Within the first 3 months, out continuing service is available for up to two years at no extra charge.

We inform all clients that when we distribute their resumes many undelivered emails are returned to the client.. This is to be expected. We sent out more than 6,000 emails To Companies, Venture Capital Firms, Top Executive Search Firms, Retained Executive Search Firms Companies In <st1:address w:st="on">Europe and <st1:address w:st="on">Asia that own Companies in the <st1:state w:st="on">USA. Many people leave companies or change their emails. I even changed my own email. A undelivered return of 400 out of more than 6,000 is excellent.

.We never terminated the program or charged additional money. Also, we work with a client up to 2 years with no additional charge. During these two years we rewrite resumes and distribute them. We cannot help a man if he leaves the program and attempts to charge back my fee.

There are no Companies in the United States that hire Senior Executives because they come from us. They will look at and consider Executives that come from us but they have to see a value in the Executive. When a company hires a President or Sr. Executive such as [redacted], they are putting their companies future in his hands. . If he does not do a good job, it is not only that he will lose his job, employees lose their jobs,

Investors lose their money. In short, the Company can go out of business. We provide a process. The process is resume development through personal telephone conversations, resume distribution, salary negotiation techniques, interviewing techniques and strategy.

[redacted] has used our talent, ability, skill and resources to seek employment. We have worked with him extensively and my writing staff has worked with him extensively (Please See attachments). My marketing people have also worked in his behalf. We write people’s resumes , give career advice and help them obtain interviews. We provide a service. He has used and fully received this service.

Furthermore, [redacted] is welcome to continue with us at no additional cost and with no hard feelings. If he has obtained a position he can come back to us when he decides to look again. I have never told him that the service is not available to him. It was his choice to try to get his money back after using the service.

Review: NOW Executive Marketing committed a breach of agreement regarding their provision of executive marketing services. In addition, the services provided did not match the representations of their company representatives nor the representations on their website. Specifically, they are in violation of para 2 of their agreement (both in spirit and in practice) regarding marketing to selected personnel & organizations; and para 3 of their agreement (both in spirit and in practice) regarding personnel & organizations contacted. In addition, in spite of NOW's policy not to use mass email campaigns (spam), I received numerous email responses from companies and individuals who obviously perceived the receipt of my marketing materials as "email spam", thus bringing dis-credit to me personally.I would like the Delaware Revdex.com to investigate this company for miss-representations, poor business practices, other complaints, and assistance in retrieving a refund of monies paid. On 10 Aug 12, they were operating under the name of Jobsearchsite Inc, with a listed phone number of 877-214-0991.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund of the original fee paid for executive marketing services in the amount of $6800 due to NOW's breach of contract and miss-representations.
