CGK Remodeling was definitely the right choice to install my new windows, siding, roofing, gutters, downspouts, fascia, under eves, and trimI wanted one single company to be responsible for the entire project, and Joe at CGK did not dissappointThe window crew was excellent and the roofers were thourough and efficientThe men cleaned up the job site every dayAnd I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Jay who heads up the siding crewThe siding crew did a great job!! They took extra care to insure that the job was done rightWe are so happy with the results!! We could not be more satisfiedOriginally my decision was based on the lower CGK quote, which was 25% less than what competitors had bid for the same work scopeBut now that the job is complete, it's obvious that the quality of workmanship and the materials used are second to noneWhat an improvement!! Do not do business with these people. They delivered a rebuilt engine that was not safe. Since June of 2013 they have promised another engine but have failed to deliver. We have asked for the money we paid them back and for them to cover the storage fees for the boat that has been incurred as a result of their incompetence and delay. They have refused and the owner responded by hanging up the phone.
I was referred to cgk to fix a leak in my roof. I had an estimate from the owner right then to tear off the old and replace with a new roof. They offered financing, but I went with my credit union. The owner brought the contract to my house, which was exactly the price of the estimate. The dumpster and shingles were delivered, and work began the next day. It was a 2 day job, as expected. Every employee of cgk were very professional, and I was comfortable talking to all of them. They worked very hard, for 13 hours one day, even as the day was long, theyseemed to still have a good sense of humor, as I heard them laughing while on my roof. I would give them a 5 star rating and would refer them to anyone needing repairs.my roof looks great!
We used CGK for a small patching job on our roof and were very pleased with the overall courtesy of everyone involved as well as with the quickness and the quality of the work. Joe [redacted] did a great job getting to our house in a timely fashion and did a quick turnaround in getting us a bid. If your roof needs attention this is the company to use.
