We have now contacted the customer for a third time and left a message.  His outgoing message reads "the [redacted] subscriber is not available at this time please leave a message."  My name is [redacted] and I personally contacted the customer twice last summer and responded to his...

poor [redacted] review and asked him to call me as soon as possible.  We cannot resolve this issue until the customer speaks with me, [redacted].  We have now called and texted Mr. [redacted] at 5/1/18 asking him to contact us.  We are happy to work with all our customers in regards to issues with our work as long as they are willing to contact us.  We are not lying and have never lied to the customer or any customer regarding any situation.  I have responded to the customer in all three instances immediately (1) called after his visit, 2) responded to his [redacted] review, 3) called and texted after this complaint) customer must pick up the phone and call me back if he would like a resolution.  This type of language and accusations are unacceptable when the customer is unwilling to respond to our repeated responses to his complaint.Please let us know if we need to do anything else.
