Review: N.P [redacted] & Sons Plumbing & Heating was contacted by me regarding a leak under my kitchen sink. I spoke with the owner Mr. [redacted] who told me they could fix it. Additionally he stated he relies on referrals so he ensures his customers are satisfied and stands by his work. N.P [redacted] and sons "repaired" the leak under my sink, removing a garbage disposal (leaving wires hanging, telling me that would be fine, just not to use the disposal switch) and replacing/installing piping on 5/16/14. Four months later, a leak started again. I called the owner and explained what was going on. He told me he would get back to me about when he could come out and fix it, he stated he wanted to plan for a day that he was in my area. He never returned my call. Yesterday a piece of the piping he installed gave way and now there is a bigger leak. I called Mr. [redacted] explaining the situation and my earlier call for which he never got back to me. He asked where I live and when I told him he said "That's too far. Find some else to do the repair." I reminded him that he told me he stands by his work and I felt he should repair it. I said "I thought you guaranteed your work". He said "Where does it say that?" and hung up on me. Not only should Mr. [redacted] be responsible for his work, he should make good for all the promises he makes when you first call and he wants your business. I am making this complaint so that my kitchen sink plumbing gets repaired as it should without additional expense and so that others are aware of how this company does business.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $188.50 so that I may hire a truly professional plumber who will fix the leak under my sink and stand by his work.
