I see help from you in the following matter and shall be highly thankful to help me resolving my problem with a contractor. ***. Mr *** contractor of NP Construction and Renovation and Landscaping Ltd. signed contract on august 17, 2018 for building a deck and some little repairs in my backyard and took $1500.00 as advance payment and showed up for work after over 2 weeks after many call and text messages. He brought a helper and did some structure. He took another installment of $1400.00 saying he will buy the rest of the material to finish the deck and he will be back tomorrow. He did not come back yet and he is not responding to my phone calls, text messages and voicemail. Then I spoke to the person with whom I got to know him. He left text message that he is coming tomorrow. Whole month of September went by he did not come back until today to finish all the jobs, plus small jobs which he agreed to do.
I shall be highly thankful to get help with this matter.
The job was finished by the contractor that contracted me. He has contacted me and sent pictures too verify the job was done on the deck so had thought you would have known
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
His friend ( through whome I came to know him ) came over saying I am trying to help you. ***. He did what he wanted to do. It is not done as per written and verbal contract. It is
not finished. The picture was taken by his friend. It is not fair to me. The job should be done/complete as per verbal and written contract. *** should act like a responsible person and full fill his contract.
