The girl in the office who does the billing is one of the most rude and unprofessional ladies everMy insurance company called her several times regarding my billing and tried to fix "her" billing error and she still won't let my daughter make a appointment I can't help that she doesn't know how to billShe has hung up on me, even though all I tried to do was help her get the billed paidAfter the insurance sent out the check, she is still claiming it is NOT paidWorst experience I have EVER had!! Many she shouldn't wait for sessions to be over and then bill incorrectly
The service is the worst I have ever seen!! DO NOT USE this office as they are outdated with no email or way to contact KathieI have tried to get refills for medication and they would not even talk to me unless I came in even if my child was out of medicationThey are trying to charge me for a no show when I left a message and when I tried to explain it to Amy in the front office she hung up on meI have had multiple issues with Amy who is related to Kathie so if you try and talk to Kathie about it nothing gets doneShe is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONALI will not use Kathie again and highly recommend you chose another provider
My son had seen *** a few years agoFor his employment, he is currently in need of a letter/note from her indicating he is no longer under her treatmentI left a message days ago with no replyI called again today (Aug 2014) and was answered by office staffI explained the situation and was told “She doesn’t do documentation” What??? I tried to re-explain that I wasn’t seeking historical records just that we needed a letter/note stating my son was no longer under her careI was told the same thing “she doesn’t do documentation; it was in the paperwork you signed”When I tried to request to leave a message for *** to call me, I was hung up onI called back and got the answering machineWhen it was time to leave a message, the phone was picked up and promptly hung up againUNBELIEVABLE to think any Dr./counsellor/health care provider or worker of any sort not “doing” or keeping some sort of documentation; really????? Add in the exceptionally rude employee in the office… Does *** *** have an idea what her staff is doing or is the behavior promoted?
