Dear Revdex.com Representative :A notice of claim was received in August 2014 from [redacted] regarding water damage to his basement on 6/24/2014 which included a copy of an [redacted] damage estimate dated 6/28/2014. The net claim damage amount was $4,236.20. On that same report (pages 3...

through 6), [redacted] references a prior flood claim on 4/18/2013.NPL assigned an independent investigator (Crawford & Co) to assess the claim and provide insight on cause and any estimated damage cost. What the investigator did find was that the water had back up from the sump pump area . [redacted] reported that the sump pump had stopped working during and needed to be replaced.The investigator also reported there was no water intrusion damage to the exterior walls. All the water damage was along the interior walls moving from the floor up the walls.On October 13, 2014, [redacted] was sent the attached letter denying any liability for the damage to his home. NPL has been in business since 1967 and prides itself on its Quality, Safety and Employees.
