Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] can ask [redacted] to credit card Regards, [redacted] s

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Not true what *** is saying. *** discussed attachments with me, but she didn't tell me what the products are for, and I forgot to ask her what the products are for until I saw after taking the products for a couple of months the products that *** suggested did nothing for me. I emailed *** asking her to tell me what the products are for, but she refused to tell me what the products are for, and *** answered the email back by not saying what the products are for and saying for me to find another herbalist which to me says *** refused to tell me what the products are for. I then emailed *** back asking her for a refund for me to pay another herbalist; because I felt like if *** couldn't email me and tell me what product would help with what then maybe *** didn't do the saliva test and just made up a product list for me to take. Since *** wasn't here in Atlanta I wasn't able to see her do the saliva testAlso it isn't true that I called ***. I didn't call *** again; because, she told me during the telephone consultation if I call her again, I will be charged a fee, but *** said that I can email her. In ***'s response to my Revdex.com complaint *** said herself that she finds many of the items stated to be in error and since she couldn't tell me what the products are for, why would *** suggest the products, so I am due a credit to my credit card. If *** would have told me what the products are for then I wouldn't have emailed her asking her what the products are for!!! The only other thing that *** could do is take another saliva test without charging me and then she could email me products that she suggest and tell me what each product will help with! Either *** should credit my credit card or take another saliva test without charging me
Regards,*** ***

[redacted]Mr Pollock                In response to the complaint filed 1/25/2015 by [redacted].  I find many of the items stated...

to be in error. I was in initially contact by [redacted] in July as she could not find a local practitioner to work with in Georgia. After discussions over the phone, Ms. W was aware and in agreement what the $90 cost before she sent in payment (a reading with suggestions of products that she takes at her discernment as well as one phone consultation to discuss the findings). The payment of $90 was sent July 29, not 8/29. In the initial reading which was done in August 2, 2014, appropriate documents were sent to Ms. W via email which included the products and stages in which they were listed. A phone consultation was conducted on 8/4/2014 in the length of 28 minutes to Ms. W to discuss all of the documents as well as products listed. Normally I allow only 20 minutes but stayed on longer to discuss her concerns.  She was encouraged to educate herself regarding the products as I do for all my clients. She has the full name of the product in her documents and descriptions on what the products are for is available the herb shop’s web site which is also in her documents.  If she did indeed record that long phone conversation, it was without my permission but nevertheless, information about the products were covered and at the end of the phone call, Ms. W had no further questions. All goods were delivered and I believe she ordered some of her products from the herb shop in August.  I had offered for Ms. W that she could send brief emails to me to discuss any further concerns but any further phone consultation or lengthy emails would be subject to further payment for my time. Ms. W did email me several times over the next several months as well as call. I did not charge her for these correspondences. She would get upset if I did not pick up the phone when she called as well as if emails were not replied promptly (i.e. usually within hours or same day). I did reply to her emails.  I did not refuse to tell her about the herbs as she implies as that subject was addressed in 28 minute phone consultation. When Ms. W complained to the herb shop regarding I would not immediately pick up her phone calls and other erroneous complaints, I suggested to Ms. W via email that I felt it was best that she find another practitioner in her state to work with and wished her well. It is interesting that in over 20 years of practice that she is my first complaint. I stand in my integrity and behind my work.  I had not heard back from Ms. W since and she had not requested any refund of money. Nevertheless, no refund is due as services were delivered. I am very happy for her that she has found another herbalist, and I wish her the best on her healing journey.
