Review: On July 11, 2014 I signed a contract with NR Construction and gave a deposit of $1160.50 for work to be performed. As of this date I have
contacted [redacted] at least 15 times and left messages to please call and advise as to when work would begin without receiving a response.
In late July and early August 2014 the materials for the job which I had ordered were received. I contacted [redacted] to inform him that all materials for the job were received and waiting for him to begin the job. The materials ordered
are still packaged in the driveway awaiting his arrival to start the job.Desired Settlement: I would first like to know why I never received any response to my calls. And
therefore would like a refund of my deposit, so I can find another contractor
to provide the services which [redacted] failed to provide.
