My car was towed from your parking lot while we were getting groceries at [redacted] My car was towed from your parking lot while we were getting groceries at [redacted] The towing company was [redacted] Towing. We had to pay $100 to get the car back, plus cab fair to get to the towing location. This was a highly stressful experience for myself and my girlfriend. We had plans and a timetable to keep that evening, both of which were effected by getting our car out of the towing lot.This occurred Tuesday May 20th, 2014 somewhere around 8:00pm.We do not believe we were in no violation of any of the guidelines of the parking lot, as no sign indicated that we could not keep our car in the parking lot while shopping at one of the locations listed on the [redacted] parking lot sign.Desired SettlementWe request that the fee we had to pay to get our car out of the lot be refunded to the amount of $100. In addition, we request that the cab fair of $10 also be refunded.We also enrolled in membership at the [redacted] for $70. As this was done under the assumption that the market was located in a safe and friendly environment, we would like to seek additional repayment for misleading membership enrollment for the same amount of $70.
