Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by NRAD Medical Associates regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]
Review: On 10/*/14, I had the [redacted] test at NRAD facility. NRAD filed with my insurance carrier, [redacted]. However, NRAD did not code correctly and the case was dragged on for a few months. After learning that issue, I called NRAD to tell them correct the billing code so the insurance could pay and NRAD refused to change the code. Time passed and [redacted] could not pay the claim. [redacted] told me to appeal which I did. [redacted] then electronically paid $79.02 vs. NRAD bill of $75 on 4/**/15 with check #[redacted]. Nevertheless, NRAD let [redacted] contact me for payment on 5/**/15. I emailed that collection agency the [redacted]'s Benefit of Explanation stating the insurance paid NRAD $79.02 but that collection agency refused unless NRAD told them so. So I called [redacted] rep to ask them to call NRAD and NRAD replied they will look into that later. On 6/**/15, I emailed [redacted] to be sure they dismiss my case after [redacted] payment but the collection agency said they did not receive the payment info. Please help as both of these companies are sloppy and do not do the due diligent work.
Thank you. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Just want to be sure both NRAD and [redacted] do better jobs and do not mess up patient's credit history for their $75 error. They do not seem to care as they just want to go to business credit bureau messing up people's credit.Contact by the business

Review: NRAD has overcharged me; they sent me a revised bill yet by that time I had sent them a check and I had overpaid for services. I had paid 220.10 and the correct charge should be 9.06+6.95 (from prior statements they claim were due, plus the recent service, which was overcharged and the correct charge should be 6.95, for the same exact service performed one year prior at the same rate. total = 22.96
I am due a refund of 197.14 (220.10-22.96)Desired Settlement: 197.14
