Response to S*** complaint: We contracted with the customer on 9-3-to build their vinyl fence. Allowing for permits, homeowner's association approval and the weather we constructed their fence as we did the next door neighbor'sThe only item that we are aware of any customer
dissatisfaction relates to minor surface abrasions that are present on nearly all fence components. When the product is manufactured it has a protective coating which is almost always scratched during the handling, fabrication and installation processThey are less severe than those usually inflicted by customers with weed eaters and mowers. I am certain the S*** fence contains some of these scratches as does most every vinyl fence we've ever builtHis neighbor's fence is a perfect example of this situationWe have made this explanation to MrS*** and even offered to discount the fence to compensate him and yet he refuses to pay us and we plan to seek payment through the Small Claims Court processThis is our first Revdex.com complaint and we are most anxious to resolve this so long as the customer is willing to pay the amount owed
