Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI removed the complaints from The Knot and signed the paperwork (on October 3rd) as the business asked but have not received the signed paperwork back from them As we have had issues with payment prior (suppose to be paid by July 31st prior to the business closing), I do not accept this response until I have the signed paperwork for the refund Regards, Lisa ***

The company is now closed and is working with this client on a resolution. Thank you!
Unfortunately, it's in the lawyers' hands right now so until that gets resolved, nothing can move forward. My apologies.
The business is now closed and will be contacting customer to determine when a refund will take place.
