estimate to add insulation to the home, and the quote was given at that timeNRG collected the service fee, provided the estimates requested, got the h/o's signature and emailed the invoice. The request for recall service on the HVAC system was placed through Allied on 8/**/2014, days after the labor warranty had expiredThe h/o was made aware that the labor warranty had expired before the request was placed, by both *** and NRG. Upon inspection the tech recommended to install radiant barrier, or upgrade the homes insulation levelsWe performed an electronic leak test to ensure there was no leak in the outdoor coil, and there was notThe outdoor unit, however, was dirty, so we chemically cleaned it and the system was working when we left.
If the h/o would like us back out again, I will gladly send a Supervisor tech at no additional charge, to ensure that there is nothing wrong with the installOur main priority is to get the system cooling and working properlyThe h/o must keep in mind, that the labor warranty has expiredThe Manufacturer's warranty is still active, so the actual equipment is covered by the manufacturer, if it has failed.
