placed an order via the GinoSticks.com website to be picked up at our location on Clinton StreetOur hours at this location are by appointment onlyWe generally are in the shop early in the morning before markets begin and later in the evening after other markets have closed.Unfortunately for Miss *** we were never available at our location during times she was able to stop by this locationWe offered to allow her to pick it up from any one of the various markets we conduct business atShe stated she lives approximately miles from our location, so we even offered to have someone deliver to her free of charge, but she did not respond to that offer.We have refunded Miss ***'s money and have sent her a gift certificate for $of any of our products.Please feel free to contact me with any more questions or concerns at the above address or ###-###-####.Sincerely,Jay WH***
