Company does not dispute that the complainant has a security deposit being held in an interest-bearing account, as per the law.Complainant has been told for the final water bill to arrive so we can reconcile final payment and remit payment to complainant.As of the current date, all bills have been received and reconciled and we are prepared to make payment to complainant.We've asked complainant to be patient, as the water bill comes quarterly, and we needed to wait for that to arrive in order to close out this Security Deposit account
