Review: My daughter was admitted to the facility on March 3,2014. They discharged her March 10, 2014. The program was 30 days. When I admitted her I paid for the program because they were unsure what the insurance would cover. The check was for $3458.60. Since they discharged her my insurance and I paid the bill $1629.53. My refund should be $1829.07. I made several attempts to contact them with no response. I sent two certified letters with a request for a refund or written response why I would not get a refund. The second request was made 6/05/2014. Mid July I finally received a call and was told it was being taken care of. This is September and still waiting for refund from March.Desired Settlement: Timely refund.
