Review: I have been living at my present address for 35 years and the house beside me has been empty for a couple of years now. well starting a couple of months ago mr [redacted] started mowing the yard next door. he started draging a trailer behing a truck and trying to come in a little drive way and he started hitting my corner post with his trailer and just keep going like a big bully. well after I put the post back in the ground for the third time he came in and hit it again and this time I called the police on him and he told me and he told the police he would put my post back in the ground. that was october 25, 2013 when he told the police and me that. I waited for a week and called [redacted] on his phone and of course no answer so I left him a message and asked if he was going to put my post back in the ground and told him if I did not here from him by yesterday nov 4 I would go to this step to reveal what a bully this guy is. he did not even have a tag on his truck. I have my 81 year old mother up here and she wanted me to put a fence around the place so she could have an animal one more time but until I get something settled with this guy I am not going to the expense of putting up a fence and taking him to court.Desired Settlement: put my post back in the ground like he told the pulaski police department and me. then start unloading his mower on the right away which is righ in front of the place he mows.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The business is right I am not his customer and never will be. this whole thing was over this bully tearing down my corner post with his truck and trailer three times and I put it back up and then he tore it down the forth time I called the pulaski county police department and they sent two deputies out and the owner told me and the police he would put my post back in the ground. so I gave him a week and left a message on his phone that if he did not put my post back in the ground like he said he would by the following monday I would go to step b which was the Revdex.com and he just ignored me. So that is why I filled a complant with you and he sent me an e-mail the next day saying somone would be over to put the post back in the ground the next day but that was another lie which I was getting used to by now. I was about ready to give up on him putting the post back in the ground and someone came by on veterans day when me, a vietnam vet and this other ww2 veteran, and my mom was out to eat. So I do not have a problem now but I wanted to set the record straight in case this bully starts this all over again in the spring. thank you very much.
