Review: I bought a new [redacted] heat pump and air handler unit from NS Heating in 2010. At that time owner [redacted] gave me a 5 year labor warranty and a 10 year parts warranty. This is a signed contract by both parties. I have since contacted [redacted] for service and have failed to get a response. I had to have another company come out to diagnose the issue which cost me $120 for a disgnostic fee. They informed me it would cost $650 to fix the reversing valve and recharge the system. I finally spoke with [redacted] and he has given me the run-around for over a month now, promising that a tech would call me and fix it. This has not happened. To this day I cannot schedule an appoitment or get in contact with [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like for N S Heating to come replace the reversing valve as promised in my service agreement.
