NSA Supermarket

Review: On 5/*, I made a purchase at the NSA Supermarket located at [redacted]. I desired to purchase Caroline Sausage Smoked Sweets, which had a displayed signed priced at $7.69. However, at the register, the item rang up $10.99. After I informed the cashier that the price was incorrect, I was assisted to the section by sales associate, and she spoke to the [redacted] of that section. Apparently, there is no [redacted], but only managers of sections. The signage for $10.99 was for Caroline sausages beef however placed under Caroline sausages smoked sweets. After a verbal dispute for about 15 to 20 minutes, the conclusion was that the sausages I attempted to purchase would be $10.99 regardless of the sign placement being wrong. I did not make this purchase.Desired Settlement: I believe this store should be refreshed on the laws of advertising. The store failed to realize the customer is supposed to get the price that is displayed, and the signage is to be removed. However this store was not willing to do that. In addition I will be followin up with a complaint with the New York City consumer affairs because this store also sells outdated old and stale items
