I transferred two thousand nine hundred and ninety dollars to a bank in mexico in order to become a mexican investor. This was part of a deal in which I was involved, that assured me money would not be loss, the payment was instructed by NSC holdings a company rooted in the United States. I paid through wire transfer.

Answer.We are helping Ms. Navia to rent some of the weeks she has available from her timeshare down in Colombia and she has been requested to cover some fees by a Federal Institution.She is aware of these fees and agreed on cover them in order to continue with this transaction, however all of the sudden she started to complain about paying these fees.We have sent all the proper and legal documentation about these fees as she can move forward.As well We have sent to her the proof of the legitime of this process. I am not satisfied with this answer, since in the supposed contract it does not say that one should make payments that will be reimbursed, on July 17, 2019 I paid $ 2,990 because you said you should register as an investor in Mexico, then on July 26, 2019, they leave with another payment of 6,720 dollars of taxes or taxes of something that I have not received. I called the SAT in Mexico and everything is a montage, they do not ask for payments for investors in Mexico, the QR codes of the sheets they send to make the SAT payments do not match. I just want the money I paid back. I have seen a lot of bad publicity with this kind of business. They also warn that no payment should be made, if the trust exists, it should be deducted from there. In order to prevent one from entering what they demand, the trust disappears as if by magic, and one is owing more than $ 10,000 to go out to get the money they are requesting before closing the business. I have asked for broker IDs, video calls and real-time location and they have refused. It's all very strange.

We were contacted by *** about our timeshare in Cancun. *** contact us about a contract for 20 weeks with a purchase price of $24,700.00. We then entered into a contract with NSC Holdings Corp. who was the escrow holding company. Soon we were asked to pay different fees and taxes to a bank in*** for a total of $10,303.00. When we were informed that the account closed and they were looking for more money to be sent to a new account we put a hold on the deal. We did have a lawyer to look at the original contract which he thought was fine and was reassured by the bank that we were covered if this was fraud.
