I taked to numerous people who argued with me, said they would call me back and never have. There were managers, loss prevention and administrators of the company

we have contacted the customer and have resolved the compliant additionally the door monitor has been re trained so that this will not happen again
we apolgized to the customer and gave her a 25.00 gift cert

Review: They had Lipton tea on sale for $2.99. It was for 100 count. I found the one for 100 tea bags, and another one that said 125 tea bags - 25 FREE. I took it to the cashier and it was explained to me that the one with 125 tea bags with 25 FREE was priced at $3.99. However, I explained that they are both 100 tea bags because I am supposed to get "25" FREE and I can't be charged for something that is FREE. This is false advertising. I was very upset and left the merchandise at the counter.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the 125 Lipton tea bags for $2.99 as advertised and an apology for their error of not understanding what FREE really means.

Review: 9/*/2014 I went to [redacted] in [redacted] twice and purchased several items for a pending move. The first transaction on my credit card for the $371.16 and the second in cash for $184.01. One Item in the first purchase of $371.16 was an area rug and was left mistakenly at the store. This was for $99.99. I contacted the vendor and they refuse to replace the item insisting I left the store with the item. I requested to see video, first I was advised it would be sent to me, then it was refused. The vendor states I carried the item out of the store under my arm. This was a 6 ft rolled up area rug. Also my son was carrying through the store and placed on the cart not me so this is a lie. I did not ask for a refund just a new rug and they refused. This was the only rug of this style that I saw in this size. The vendor states they have no cameras in the parking lot. I know I did not take from the store, the cart was empty when I returned it, but if I did take to the lot and left in the lot it may have been brought back in to the store so they again have both the rug and the money or could locate who took it. I requested for the store to replace but they refused so advised I would dispute the charge. Out of 600.00 in purchases this is $100.00. I need assistance getting the item purchased. or a refund for the one item. I will never shop at this store again.Desired Settlement: I would like the carpet purchased or another that I like of equal value. If this is not possible I would like a refund for the 1 item I DO NOT HAVE!!.

Review: I was denied entrance to the store.You have to leave your bags at the entrance with the security guard.The security guard would not let me leave my bags with him because the handles of the shopping bags were tied underneath the box.He said the handles had to be sticking up so he could put a clip on them.It was raining so I had tied the handles underneath so that nothing would get wet.I told him to lay the boxes flat.He would not do it.I don't know why that mattered.I couldn't go shopping because you can't go in with shopping bags from other stores.You leave your bags with the security guard but he wouldn't take them.Desired Settlement: An apology would be nice. I did nothing wrong. I just tried to go Christmas shopping which I was denied. The guard made me feel like an it. So low.

Review: I took two of my iPads to get the screen repaired at this store and I had bought my own materials and everything. They repaired both of them and when I got home to test them out, one of the iPads the screen didn't work. I was not able to swipe, click, type or do anything on it. So I took it back and they said that since I bought my own glass they could not do anything to fix it. They said it was not the way that they installed it but that it was the glass that was faulty. I tried to tell them that I brought two iPads to get fixed and that only one iPads screen didn't work and it was the same glass so how is it that only one ipad works while the other one doesn't if its the glass that is faulty. There was no contract or anything saying that if I brought my own materials in and there was a problem with it that it could not have been fixed. It doesn't make any sense. I also told them that if they can just simply fix it using their own products and they tried to make me pay extra. Why would I pay extra when you did it the first time and it didn't even work properly?Desired Settlement: There was no contract or anything said by the people fixing it that if brought my own materials that if something goes wrong that it could not have been fixed. If they cannot fix my screen without me having to pay any extra money then I would like my money back. Its that simple.
