In regards to complaint (ID# [redacted]) we find it unfortunate our former client is not happy.  We strive to provide a quality service and open communication in all our business dealings.  In terms of the cleaning, our business utilizes independently contracted personnel to clean all of our...

properties.  All billing documents for these services were sent to the client and we have nothing else to forward on.  As for the quality of the cleaning, we photograph &/or video each property before and after occupancy.  In this case we were satisfied with the cleaning of the property. 

 

We would like nothing more than our former client being happy, but after multiple conversations, and reviewing our photographs and video we cannot justify sending funds to correct errors we do not see and already addressed in the same manner as all our properties.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would NOT be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I've attached 4 pictures and will e-mail the rest as proof that the home was not returned in its original state. I had initially paid NSP $175.00 and the renter paid $100.00. I asked NSP for receipts several times per our contractual agreement but they have failed to provide them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I just viewed the video and it actually helps support my point. To begin with, this is a great video that shows no items were taken from the home, which is not what I'm claiming. But it also shows the lack of attention to detail. There's something I wish I would've taken a picture of, which its clearly shown in the video. If you go to frames 6:34 and 6:40 you will see a small wood chair with white panels, the white strip that's pressed against the chair is a glue trap that was left behind which had cat hair. The reason I didn't take a picture was because I considered it a small mistake and took care of it myself. But as I continued to walk through the home I noticed more and more. Which indicated to me that they had vacuumed the carpet but didn't clean the rest of the home. Perhaps they spot cleaned at best. 

 

This is also shown in frames 7:29 which is a bedroom and where the pictures I've attached show the cat hair. They clearly weren't paying attention to detailed and did not zoom in to see the mass amounts of cat hair. 

 

The pictures I sent earlier also show the amount of dusk build up and how dirty the floors were. I paid NSP $175.00 to have it cleaned prior to the tenant moving in and I expected the home to be returned in the same shape. The tenant paid $100.00 to clean the home. I simple requested for a refund of the cleaning fees, dry cleaning of comforters, and replacement of some pillows. I also requested receipts as I don't believe the home was cleaned, or at best partially cleaned. NSP is violating our contract as it clearly indicates they have to provide receipts which they have not done so.  I can provide a copy of the contract if need to. 

 

Thanks again for taking the time to mediate, but this can be easily resolved. I could be wrong, but the lack of receipts leads me to believe they never paid anyone to clean it.

 

To make this clear. I want a refund for the cleaning fees, dry cleaning and replacement of pillows as well as receipts(itemized) from the company that cleaned the home each of the two times.
