manner in which they paid for. This person paid for Priority Mail which according to the United States Postal Service has a $50 insurance benefit. In my opinion it sounds as if this person needs to file a claim against the USPS as they were the ones who may or may not have delivered the package she paid for. Our company's warranty does not cover loss that is why the customer has the opportunity to purchase Priority Mail with insurance. "Lifetime Warranty Information NSR TACTICAL stands behind the integrity, durability, and quality of the craftsmanship of our products. Our products are fully warranted against defect in materials and workmanship with a lifetime guarantee. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it at no charge or replace it if we cannot fix it. Only unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. We cannot be responsible for loss or improper use of our products. Be as detailed as possible describing your warranty issue." This person asked me for a business number and and address in order to file a claim with the post office. She used the number which is the owner, Dave W[redacted], personal cell phone number to call him and made unnecessary remarks about NSR Tactical and made unfair demands. The person requested a refund or for us to send a replacement which I disagree with and as far as this person's desired settlement in which she would like a refund or replacement product, this person stated in an email to me on December 30, 2016, that stated " I no longer wish for my son to have your product" she also stated in the same email that she is "satisfied that I would be out $58 then beg this company for something". She also stated in an email to me dated December 30, 2016, that she "will remove my remark for reimbursement". And due to the comments she made in her emails I do not see that we can accommodate her desired settlement and ask that this complaint be removed form our records immediately.I have attached a copy of the entire email exchange that I had with this person. I would have been more than willing to help her however she went on a tirade making incessant comments on our Facebook business page and commenting on other loyal customers reviews stating how horrible an unprofessional we were.
