Review: REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE: In April of this year, I clicked on an online ad for [redacted], priced at $$.95. (Yea, I know, too good to be true) I got the package about April 15 of 2013. I opened the package, read the instructions set the battery for "charge". After several attempts, other activities, etc it occurred to me the thing did not charge. I tried several times to get the charger to work with no success. about the same time I was surprised with a credit card charge of about $100.00. I called within the 30 days listed on the warranty information and talked with a "[redacted]" in customer service. I told him I was exercising my right to a refund because I was unhappy with the product based on not working and the price. "[redacted]" issued me a Return Material Authorization ([redacted] # [redacted]) on 22 April 2013 at about 10:20 AM.

On April 24 at 11:03 AM I returned the merchandise via [redacted] # [redacted]. The package was delivered on April 27, 2013 at 4:39AM at Chattanooga, TN [redacted].

I was told it would take "about 4-6 weeks" to get me refunded after inspection. I said OK and went on about my life. About Mid-July I began to check my credit card statement thinking it would be at lest this long to get my refund. To date, no refund, no credit, and the customer service number suddenly became backed up to 40-50 people in front of me or a "number no longer in service" for the [redacted] customer support phone number.

Can you exert some pressure on the [redacted] people? If not, then I wish to file a complaint about the way they do business. I am available vial this medium or as listed on my profile.

Thank you.Desired Settlement: Return of my funds.

Regards,

Review: they were suppose to take 200.00 dollars for the first month and 100.00 dollars after to consolidate my student loans and get payments lower. instead they took 200.00 dollars a month instead of 100.00 and made my bank account overdraw for 2 months. Student Loans contacted me and said I am in default now for no payments because this company has not complete their action like they were suppose to. I contacted my bank and stopped further payments and filed a grievance against them. I contacted them and I spoke with a gentleman named [redacted] and he said they would only refund the last 200.00 but they have not completed their end of the bargain. they have not even talked to [redacted] about me at all. I feel they have not done what they have told me they were going to do.Desired Settlement: To have my all of my money back because they have taken more than they should to begin with and not even giving any of the money to my student loans at [redacted]
