Ms*** got her nails done on June 1, 2016, and according to her statement went to somewhere in Visalia and was having them taken off only days after they were put onThere is no where in her statement as to as explanation as to why she
was having them soaked offWhen you soak off the nails, it takes a long time and of course, the product will start to get stickyThis is normalShe spoke to her nails being damagedThe person she went to in Visalia actually "scrape and file" the nails offIf her nails were damaged, this is probably when that occurredIf you scrape nails off and file them, then naturally they are going to be paper thin and damaged by that procedureShe actually showed me a video of this lady taking her nails off and she did not have a professional tool to do it and was doing it absolutely the wrong way
She also stated that I had filed her nails down "to where they were paper thin." That is not true and that is not the procedure I use or any of my nail people use
Ms*** spoke about the products we use in our shop as being MlvIA acrylic and not EMAThe bottles that we use specifically state there is no MMA in themSo I don't know why she stated thisOur shop is not dirty so that is strange to me also
It is interesting she talked about headaches being a side effect of the "poison." And when the nails were off her headache suddenly subsided
Ms*** came into the shop and was extremely aggressive and demandingShe stated I was rude when in reality, it was the other way aroundI have years experience with doing nails and have many, many extremely satisfied faithftil customersMs*** has posted several slanderous things on her facebook account for people to seeThis is totally uncalled for and the things she is saying is not true
We are the number one nail place in PortervilleWe do approximately between and customers a month and this product is used on all those without complaint or issues

I do not accept this response as it is full of statements that are untrueI had the nails taken off because my nails had started growing out and I was tired of having them pinkThe shop in Visalia did use a professional tool and you can contact them for more infoFurthermore, I did not set foot in the shop when I went to ask for a refundIt is not supposed to take "a very long time" to remove acrylic if you use the correct acrylicI have also never heard of "mlvia" acrylicNotice how the owner does not state that he uses EMA (the correct and legal acrylic)Seeing as I was present when my nails were being done at N.T, I can attest to them being filed downAnother thing that concerns me is that he refused to let me see the bottle of acrylic/read the ingredients, claiming that I was not licensed to do soThat is as it isn't required to view products/ingredientsI would like a response to that as wellI did post on Facebook the exact message sent to Revdex.comThere were various complaints about the business from others in the comment section and I have many screenshots to attest to that upon request
