This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an auto shopI first visited NTB tires Tuesday, March 29thMy Partner and I had come minutes prior to the close timeWhen we got into the shop we were met with an unimaginable attitude from one of the clerks at the counterMy partner and I were told we could not be service that day and we would have to come in on a different dayWhen we look at the schedule to see open availability we asked for 7:15pmI told the clerk that I could only come at that time being that I got of work at 7pm dailyHe would not set the appointment being that they close after 7:15pmThe next day I called the manager and reported what had happenedHe said that they can get us into the shop that night, Wednesday, March 31th That night we came into the shop and got new tires, windshield wipers and new head lightWe were told there would not charge for the workThe clerk talks so much about free, free, freeWe were charged unknowingly for labor and tire protectionToday, March 31th As I was heading to work I saw the tires where flattenedI levied called the shopThey showed no sympathy and tried to argue that it was not the fault of the shopI want my money retuned to me and the tires can go back!

My partner and I were told we could not be service that day and we would have to come in on a different day. When we look at the schedule to see open availability we asked for 7:15pm.
