I purchased sets of tires for my trucks from this company as well as the alignment package and the road hazard warrantyI had taken one of my trucks in to have the alignment done and after waiting and a half hours they finally brought the truck back out and said they could not align itThey never offered any kind of refund for the alignment packageThen we had run over a metal piece on the road and it punctured the tire beyond repair so I took it in to replace it with the road hazard warrantyThey told me they were out of the tire and would call me when the tire came inThe tire was being used as a spare so I told them that it was fineI didn't think much more about it until we were passing by there a couple of months later so I stopped in to pick up the tire and they were rude once again and then said I would have to pay $to replace the tire even with the road hazardI called the corporate number and I had a gentleman text me that evening saying he was the district managerI called him back and he continuously insulted meI asked where he was calling from because I noticed he had a *** ** number and he responded he was from *** ** so he liedI am not sure who he really was, as he would not give me his nameI will never use this company again

I took it to another auto shop and was told that 1 wheel bearing needed to be replaced.

Review: I visited NTB([redacted],VA-[redacted], store no:#[redacted]) to get the wheel alignment done for my [redacted]-2004 on 31st Aug'2014, as a continuation of the wheel aligment I have done on March 23,2014. I have been told that, two car is in ahead and the job can be even started after 1.5 to 2 hours. After receiving the car, I looked into the computergenerated alignment report with timestamp which is just few minutes after my submission of the car. It clicked me a huge doubt, as the same incident happened in the past with wheel alignmentwith the same store, and that time I passed the message to the NTB coporate.The next day(on 1st Sep,2014) I have visited another NTB store([redacted], store no: #[redacted]) around 9:30 a.m. to check the wheel alignment.After inspection, the inspecting mechanical person called me inside of the service station and walked me through with the faultywheel aligment problem on the computer screen. He explained that, this has serious issue withfront Caster, Toe and Camber. I need to fix that immediately to save my tyre and other possible driving issues. I can remember I had to change my two front end tyre just few days back because of faulty wheel alignment, as adviced by [redacted] tyre unit. The store fixed the car and I can remember now, the same store fixed my car last time when I had issue with NTB- with store number #[redacted]). Thanks to the mechanical person, who also advised me to flush the steering fluid, and I agreed, the job is done.My question to NTB corporate, how come the same NTB store can continuously deceive customer.There should be some honesty and sense of professional ethics can we expect from a reputable service industry?Here by I am submitting all the documents to look through.Thanks[redacted]Desired Settlement: I have a damage on the two front tyre, which has been replaced and could have damage more and leads to any other driving issues
