I am rejecting this response because:
As you can see in the screen grab of text messages with Neil, the work was never done. Maybe he was told it was done, but I called and texted him after it was supposed to happen wondering why it didn't. Zero response. Additionally, he told me at the time of the patch in the garage if it didn't solve the problem let him knowThe garage issue only shows up during the winter with snow melting in the garage and then pooling in the corner because the original laying of the garage floor has the slant wrong. I was going to address it after the driveway was repairedHe needs to prove he paid to have the driveway repaired, maybe he got ripped off...He can state I'm a difficult customer, hard not to be when I call for months without a response from themThey ONLY address my complaints after years of attempting to get them resolved. For example a neighbor worked for DirecTV and needed to move our satellite dish, this was maybe years after we builtHe informed us we had damaged roofing. It took months, maybe even longer be for Neil would even return my calls regarding the issue, his response was the damage was done after you moved inSo I called a roofer who has done work for us before to check it out and his response was this damage was done at the time of install because it was only around the various ventsafter that it still took years before Neil repaired the roof. It is done and as far as I am concerned that issue is done, disputing his claim I am never happy with the work. There is much of the work on the house that is good and satisfactory so again not true with his claim. Only these couple of areas that are being ignored and I am being treated poorly by this company

NTC Homes built our home back in and for the past years I have been trying to get warranty work done on our home Neil would ignore my phone calls for months and then laugh when he called me back that he "heard" the escalation of my frustration on the voice message so he better get back to me It took YEARS to get the repair on our roofing to happen They still have not completed the repairs on our driveway and or made a complete correction of the problem in our garage He does NOT return phone calls and when I have been able to talk to him he is dismissive of his lack of customer service! I have a screen capture of texts between usHe stated the driveway would be done October of 2014!!! He has not returned my multiple attempts at talking to him since those text I told him I would be contacting the Revdex.com, but I guess he didn't believe me

NTC Homes did build a home for [redacted] H. in 2006.   Since then we have been back to her house numerous times to fix items (some were warranted and some were frivolous).  It's been 10 years since we closed on the home and she still expects us to be her free handyman service.Most of these...

fixes were never satisfactory to [redacted].    We feel we have gone above and beyond trying to satisfy her.   The driveway did get fixed and again it was not good enough for her.   We have been building homes for 30+ years and our record should speak for itself.   There are some people that you can just never satisfy.  I would be happy to discuss this if you need a further explanation. Thanks for your time Neil [redacted]###-###-####NTC Homes.
