Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me out of the sake of my childThough there are many accusations pertaining to me I will accept that as a professionalI've never disrespected anyone at this gym and if it was a chance of my child being removed from the team because I asked a question at the competition that turned into a arguing Match I apologize I would hate for her to suffer because of me.I too have documented conversations about the accounts and being told to not return to practice and then being invited back to practiceSo I don't think I just showed up uninvited to a competition that they practiced for the night beforeI don't think I made myself unreachable to the organization. Thanks for emailing me and setting up a new agreement because it works and I plan on completing this cheer season with all smiles and wins!!
Regards,

In response to the complaint ID number [redacted]. This is her second time at my business.  Last season 2015-2016 she started the program and dropped out because of financial issues.  This year she contacted me by email and wanted to meet with me which I did. I explained and provided her...

with all the financial obligations which she agreed to. She then meet with the financial person and worked out a plan that she could commit to.  As the season began she became delinquent and communication was sent to her about her account.  Each time actions had to be taken.  As her account became delinquent again communication was sent out to her and I/we heard nothing from her.  However, she showed up at the February 18th competition at the designated location and time which is the same application I used to contact her about her account.  Therefore if she can receive the information about the competition there is no way she didn’t receive the communication from me about her account. Announcements were also made at our facility that actions would be taken if accounts were delinquent.  The day of the competition several members didn't receive their merchandise due to their account being delinquent.  However, she felt a need to make a scene. She came down the stairs after the awards ceremony and stopped next to the seat where I was sitting and beginning speaking very loud and rude to my staff member. Her behavior was very unprofessional, and upsetting to me, my staff, athletes and parents.  She was very loud and aggressive. She began informing the staff member of her dislikes etc. I turned around to see who was making such a disturbance.  I intervened in the conversation and informed her why she was being directed to speak to the financial person or myself. She continued to be very loud and began pointing her figure in my face telling me how she felt. A staff member overheard her yelling and saw her pointing her finger in my face and asked her to lower her voice and to keep her hands down. She continued being rude, disrespectful and out of control and informed the staff member that she didn't care who I was.  By that time several other staff members came and asked her to leave.  She moved to another location within the facility continued to speak very loudly and disrespectful.  I didn’t hear from her again until February 21 when she contacted me by email asking if her daughter could continue the program and wanted to make payment arrangements.  I replied to her informing her that I wasn’t happy with her actions and her behavior could have resulted in her and her daughter’s removal from the organization as stated in our handbook. Because this is about the kids, I decided not to dismiss her and agreed on a payment plan which would allow her daughter to continue the program until the end of the season which is May.  As far as an explanation of what she has paid for. This information was given to her several times as she met with me and/or the financial staff member each time her account became delinquent. However, below is the list of what her fees pay for: Customized cheer uniform, customized practice set, customized cheer bow, cheer makeup, choreography fees, monthly gym fees, cheer fee, registration fee and competition fees. She has received all her merchandise and I have signed documentation for them.  Nothing is owed to here. She owes the business. As far as what and how she feels about my pricing and other organizations pricing. I can only speak on behalf of my business terms and pricing. Everything was given to her the day of enrollment and I have signed documentation that she received and agreed to the pricing, terms and rules of the organization. Her financial agreement is why other measure were taken.  As she stated my business is for the kids however we have to be mindful that I have an obligation to the other members, vendors and staff to ensure that the business is successful. Even if I have to assist in paying some expenses myself because she didn't pay hers. I will not punish other parents and athletes because of her failure to fulfill her contract.  I have been involved with cheer for over 25 years and this is the first complaint ever. Not because of my business defaulting on my behalf and not fulfilling my contract to her but her failure to fulfill her contract to my business.  I have never been rude or disrespectful to her or any of my parents, staff or vendors. That is not my personality. I’m totally the opposite. I have enjoyed teaching and watching her daughter develop into a fantastic cheerleader. Her daughter loves the organization and she knows that.
