NTH Property Management takes advantage of all tenants with bullying,intimidating,unfriendly contact and extortion like behavior.They force long time tenants to move out with bogus new rules and leave some with no options but to lose what they have invested in and leave properties to be taken over and resold.They have also resorted to extortion like behavior and taken monies from tenants to scared to stand up to them and the threats they impose.They are also reluctant to provide names of actual owners when asked point blank for them refering only to L.L.C.'s and not real persons.After forcibly having tenants sign new leases,they threaten not to accept rents,they impose new rules and create a hostile unhappy atmosphere that make even once happy tenants want to leave.THIS IS NOT A PEOPLE FRIENDLY COMPANY AND THE OWNER MR. haney IS ONE OF THE COLDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER CONVERSED WITH!
