Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/07/26) */ At the completion of the project last fall (***), [redacted] asked to withhold a portion of payment for warranty over the winter monthsIn spring [redacted] contacted us to mention there were drainage issues, demanding to have issues resolved before the end of ***We complied and added an additional piece of drain tile a long backside of the property, fixed any washed out topsoil, repaired any sub base below various concrete pads that would of washed out from water shed from adjacent propertiesIf he continues to have water issues there are no further solutions without further expense to the customer and it concludes our obligations to what we said we would do for himNot to my knowledge, my employee who did the repair told [redacted] he would return to re align a few steps, weeks go by and I receive an email from [redacted] telling me these detailsTo resolve that issue I sent my employee back to fulfill what he told ***, and we also replaced one broken slab that was not broken by usAn unpaid sum from the contract of $***[redacted] has yet to be paid Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 10, 2015/07/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) First of all they did break the tile and moved it so it would not look like they broke it, but pictures clearly show the difference in colour compared to the other blocks because of washoutThe drain tile added, which was to be installed on their initial quote has not resolved the problemThe steps are worst now then before they attempted to fix thisI have had another landscaping company drop by yesterday to assess and give a quote to fix thisThey said this job was not done properlyNothing has been resolved and in fact things are worstThis is not acceptableBoth times they were by to attempt to fix, they were here for very little time and made no attempt to speak to usVery disappointing and we want it fixedI did not even mention the fact they damaged my new $ [redacted] shed and its integrity compromisedIf I need to to get more aggressive and ask for more to be done where they messed up I willJust trying to get the important stuff done before the end of the summerSend an independent inspector if that will helpJust do the job promised on the contractI do not accept this as being completed

I have had another landscaping company drop by yesterday to assess and give a quote to fix this. They said this job was not done properly. Nothing has been resolved and in fact things are worst. This is not acceptable. Both times they were by to attempt to fix, they were here for very little time and made no attempt to speak to us. Very disappointing and we want it fixed. Just trying to get the important stuff done before the end of the summer. Send an independent inspector if that will help. Just do the job promised on the contract. I do not accept this as being completed.
