Review: I HAVE PURCHASED A SMART PHONE AND A TABLET WITH NTT DOCOMO AND I HAD DEALT WITH EMPLOYEES'[redacted] OF MY CREDIT CARD AND AN ID AND SIM CARD OF MY NEWLY BOUGHT PHONE. MY CREDIT CARD HAD FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON MY CREDIT ACCT AND MY CREDIT CARD CO. HAD STOPPED PAYMENT ON A FRAUD CHARGES DUE TO AN UNUSUAL PURCHASES. I WANTED TO RETURN THOSE PRODUCTS AND CANCEL MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT ANY FEE, AND I CALLED THE POLICE FOR HELP ON [redacted] OF MY ID AND CREDIT CARD. AROUND 1030 PM, NTT DOCOMO SHOP WAS CLOSING, AND INSIDE THE [redacted], THERE HAD ONE OTHER BEGINNER EMPLOYEE AND 2 OTHER PEOPLE, AND THE CURTAINS AND THE DOORS WERE CLOSED INSIDE AND I WAS UNABLE TO ESCAPE FROM THE STORE WITHOUT HELP OF A DOCOMO EMPLOYEE. THIS SITUATION WAS BOTHERSOME TO ME, AND OF COURSE THE CLERK HAD DISAPPEARED FROM THE BRANCH. A NEW CLERK CAME TO THE TABLE, AND I CONTACTED DOCOMO HEAD QUARTERS RIGHT AWAY TO OB COURSE CANCEL THIS CONTRACT FOR I WAS ROBBED. DOCOMO HEAD QUARTERS WERE NOT VERY SUPPORTIVE TO CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT. I DID NOTIFY THEM THAT I HAD [redacted] FROM AN EMPLOYEE OF THAT COMPANY BUT THEY DID NOTHING BUT TO DIRECT ME TO THE SAME BRANCH [redacted] OCCURED BY A CLERK NAMED [redacted]. I WAS ADVICED FROM THE POLICE ENFORCEMENT TO NEVER STEP MY FOOT IN THE DOOR OF THAT BRANCH WHERE [redacted] OCCURE3D SO I ASKED DOCOMO HEAD OFFICE AGAIN FOR SUPPORT ON GETTING ME TO BE ABLE TO GO TO OTHER 100 BRANCHES LOCATED IN TOKYO AREA. I WAS DENIED OF MY REQUEST, AND WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE TO EITHER KEEP MY PURCHASES AND CONTRACTS AND OR TO EXCHANGE IT OR RETURN IT AT THE ORIGINAL BRANCH WHERE PURCHASES WERE ORIGINALLY MADE. IN MY EFFORT TO CONTACT THE DOCOMO HEAD OFFICE, I CALLED 10 EMPLOYEES THERE, NAMED [redacted], AND OTHERS AND THEY DID NOT TAKE ME SERIOUSLY. HOWEVER, MY CREDIT CARD HAD SHOWN FRAUD CHARGES ON THE SAME DATE OF THE PURCHASES AT DOCOMO [redacted]. I WENT OVERSEAS FOR BUSINESS, AND WHEN I RETURNED, I DID NOT HAVE ANY INTERNET SERVICES ON MY NEWLY BOUGHT NEC TABLET. I ASKED [redacted] AND A DOCOMO EMPLOYEE THERE STOLE MY SIM CARD WHICH HAS ALL MY DETAILS OF CREDIT CARD AND ETC. ON IT. I AGAIN HAD CALLED THE POLICE, AND SPOKE TO DOCOMO HEAD OFFICE BUT THEY SAID THAT I HAVE TO PAY 2100 YEN TO GET A NEW SIM CARD. THIS SOUNDS LIKE SUCH FRAUD I AM SO SICK OT IT AT THIS POINT. I WENT TO DOCOMO [redacted] AND REISSUED MY SIM CARD FOR 2100 YEN. (21 USD TO THIS DAY, I DO NOT HAVE INTERNET SERVICE THAT I HAVE CONTRACT FOR, AND THIS SOUNDS LIKE A BREACH OF CONTRACT. I NEED TO CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT ALL TOGETHER NOW. I WAS WARNED THAT IF I CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT AT ANOTHER BRANCH --THAT WAS APPOROVED BY THE DOCOMO HEAD QUARTERS I WILL INCUR CHARGES OF 2600 US DOLLARS.Desired Settlement: CANCEL CONTRACT ALL TOGETHER WITHOUT ANY FEE, AND REFUNDS FOR THOSE MONTHS THAT I HAD NO SERVCIE WHICH IS 3 TO MONTHS. REFUND OF PURCHASED ITEMS ON MY CREDIT CARD AND MONTHLY STATEMENTS. AN APOLOGY IN WRITING, AND THAT THIS WOULD NEVER REPEAT AGAIN, FOR I WILL NO LONGER BUY FROM NTT DOCOMO AND NTT DOCOMO USA DUT TO NOT WRITING ME, OR CONTACTING ME FOR 4 MONTHS AFTER SENDING 10 LETTERS, 3 EMAILS, 1FAX.

We understand that the complainant is a customer of DOCOMO Japan, which is a separate company from NTT DOCOMO USA. We let DOCOMO Japan know about the complaint. MY ACCOUNT IS STILL OPEN, AND I WAS TOLD BY NTT DOCOMO THAT IF I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, MY CHARGES WILL BE MORE THAN $2000.00.

1) MY TABLET STILL DEOS NOT WORK FOR I HAVE SIGNED UP ON DATA PLAN WHICH COSTS I PAY $50 A MONTH.

2) EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW SIM CARD, IT STILL DOES NOT WORK.

3) EVERY TIME I GO INTO A DOCOMO SHOP TO HAVE A SMART PHONE OR TABLET REPARIED, THE SMART PHONE OR TABLET LOOKS LIKE IT IS ABOUT TO BREAK WITH

VIRUS OR SPAM, FOR I CAN NOT PRESS NUMBER 1 AND GET 1, BUT I GET 6 ZEROS.

4)THIS IS ILLEGAL, AND HORRIBLE THEFT AND ABUSE HAS OCCURED AT EACH BRANCHES OF NTT DOCOMO. MY SIM CARD WAS STOLEN BY AN EMPLOYEE OF DOCOMO.

ANOTHER TIME, AN EMPLOYEE TRY TO HIT MY HAND WITH A WOODEN TRAY AND DESTROYED MY PAPER WORK THAT I HAVE SUBMITTED BY

THOWING IT ON THE FLOOR. NOT TO MENTION THE FIRST TIME WHEN DOCOMO EMPLOYEE HAD STOLEN MY CREDIT CARD

AND ID.

I HAVE NOT CLUSED MY ACCOUNT BECAUE I DO NOT WANT TO PAY $2000.00 FOR THIS TYPE OF

UNLAWFUL OPERATION.
